How can I apply and qualify for financial assistance to pay for membership?

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada provides financial assistance for qualifying families , which may allow one or more children to attend at little or no cost to the family!
To apply online, complete the Membership and Childcare Assistance forms for your local Clubhouse.  Club staff will follow up with you to confirm and provide additional details. 

Financial assistance is determined using household income and the number of adults and children residing in the home. 

Discounts are also available to Nevada HAND residents.

How much does it cost to be a member?

Club membership fees allow us to offer a wide range of safe, fun, and healthy activities! Annual Club Membership is required for each participating child in addition to monthly or weekly program costs, which vary by Club location

Annual Membership Fees: 

$35 per year - Youth Membership (ages 6-12)   

$20 per year - Teen Membership (ages 13-18)  

What are your operating hours?

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada reliably serves our community from 7am to 6pm, daily.

Please note that hours of operation may vary between the school year, spring break, winter break and over the summer. Contact your nearest Club for more details.

Do Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada offer programs during the summer and during school breaks?

Yes, even when school is out, our Clubs are in session! 

Please contact your nearest Club to learn more about our full-day programs during the spring break, winter break, and throughout the summer and school breaks.  

What do Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada offer to kids?

Through a focus on three main impact areas - Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Leadership - we deliver fun and engaging programs for Club members in a safe and positive environment. Serving kids ages 5-18, our Clubs offer a wide variety of programs to meet the needs of various ages and interests, such as leadership development and volunteering opportunities, homework help, computers, STEM activities, games, sports, arts and crafts, discussion groups, college preparation, youth employment and more. 

How do I sign up my kids for Boys & Girls Club?

Start by entering your ZIP code in our Club locator to find a Club near your home, work or school, then complete the membership and Childcare Assistance form for that Club.  Membership forms can be found online here or you can call your local club to learn more. Our friendly Club staff will be happy to help you learn more about everything Boys & Girls Clubs have to offer!

How old do the kids have to be to join a Club?

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada welcomes kids between the ages of 6-18.

When are the Clubs open?

Our Clubhouses operate open Monday through Friday, with different hours of operation during the school year vs. summer. 

Clubhouses are currently operating under extended summer hours from 7am to 6pm.

Clubhouses are closed in observance of the following holidays to provide staff with the opportunity to celebrate with friends and family: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. 

Occasionally Clubs, are closed for staff development. Families are notified in advance of these planned closures. 

Are there any volunteer opportunities available?

Yes – there are many ways to give your time and join the Boys & Girls Club movement! Whether you are lending a hand to paint, offering virtual career advice to teens, or helping youth with an art project, your support will directly impact the life of a Southern Nevada youth. Do you accept donated items and how can I arrange for a pickup?

Yes, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada will accept donations of new items that can be put to use right away in one of our Clubhouses! We are unable to accept used items including goods, clothing and equipment and we do not have the capabilities to arrange pick up of household goods.
