Making the holiday season even brighter, Boyd Gaming will award more than $40,000 to nonprofits throughout Southern Nevada in one of the Las Vegas Valley’s favorite traditions, Trees of Hope.
From now until Sunday, Dec. 16, the Las Vegas community is invited to visit each property and vote for their favorite charity’s decorated tree. The seven Las Vegas properties will each award more than $5,000 to participating charities, with the first-place prize of $2,000. Winners will be decided by public vote at each property. A Boyd Gaming player’s card account is required to vote on a property.
The community is invited to give their favorite charity’s tree a second chance to win by voting for it online on Boyd Gaming social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn (@BoydGaming) through Sunday, Dec. 16 – use #TreesOfHopeLV. The social media contest will award an additional prize pool to the top three performing charities valleywide with a $2,500 first-place prize, $1,500 second-place prize and $1,000 third-place prize.
